More than 20% of U.S. households rely on septic systems for their wastewater collection. For decades, one common myth has created a barrier between this customer segment and our client, InSinkErator—the world’s leading brand of garbage disposals.
The C-22 team set out to help support the launch of the NEW InSinkErator BOOST™ Injection System with Septic Guard. Through online training, our team helped clearly communicate that homes on a septic system can still enjoy the convenience of this essential kitchen appliance. Compatible with all InSinkErator garbage disposals, new and existing, this innovative system provides added assurance and helps reduce sink odors for homes on a septic system.
Our team developed a brief, animated, interactive online training to launch this new garbage disposal and demonstrate how it breaks down food waste and provides peace of mind to homeowners. To promote the new e-learning course, our team crafted engaging HTML emails sent to existing InSinkErator eLearning Center audiences such as builders, plumbers, kitchen & showroom staff and wholesale distributors. To expand its reach, a digital e-newsletter ad was placed in plumbing industry publications to reach a broader pool of pros.
Three months after its launch, the course completion rate was 87% with 400+ enrollments. Hear what training participants had to say:
