Our client Marmon Retail Solutions, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a leader in retailer products and services – everything from shopping carts to retail fixtures to reimaging services and more. Marmon is driven by thought leadership and staying ahead of the next big retail and consumer trends. To that end, it recently partnered with Edge by Ascential, an ecommerce insight, and technology consulting company, to produce the webinar “Reimagining Retail: 3 Keys to a Profitable Future” and turned to C-22 for pre- and post-event promotion in order to increase overall attendance and brand awareness.

the approach

This webinar served as a multi-purpose thought leadership initiative. This informative production strengthened relationships with current Marmon Retail Solutions customers, put the company and its suite of services in front of customer potentials, and showcased the expertise of the brand.

To engage these audiences, C-22 developed an integrated campaign that included a dedicated web landing page, a series of social posts promoting registration, programmatic digital ads, and email marketing to existing email lists from Marmon Retail Solutions’ business units. Each component included consistent messaging and design elements with a call to action to register.

The Results

C-22 promoted the event during the weeks leading up to its debut. Webinar registration exceeded stated goals, attracting attendees from companies like Speedway, PepsiCo, Sephora, Home Depot, Apple, and more. A recorded version of the webinar was promoted and made available for online viewing, which also significantly increased impressions.

This valuable webinar helped establish Marmon Retail Solutions as a thought leader and also formed a new line of communication with decision-makers at big-name brands for future marketing communications.
