The annual Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) is the largest of its kind in the US. InSinkErator chose to use KBIS to introduce new products and chose C-22 to help get the message out.

To create a buzz about the exciting lineup that InSinkErator would unveil at KBIS, C-22 developed a teaser email campaign that was supported by a unique direct mail brochure, which featured a raised texture to highlight the images of water. Why? We were changing the way that people in the industry looked at water.

The communication program was highlighted by an email promotion designed to drive customers to a stand-alone mini website, where they were instructed to enter a promo code to receive a voucher that could be exchanged for a special gift at the InSinkErator booth at KBIS. C-22 handled all logistics for the promo code promotion. We also developed a dedicated iPad app that sales people and booth visitors could use to get an interactive and up-close look at the new products, their features and benefits and key statistics.

When I needed a creative solution to get kitchen designers to my trade show booth to promote a new product, I turned to Catch-22 Creative. C-22 developed a compelling e-blast and direct mail piece to drive my target audience to a website they created. There, my audience could learn about my new product and download a coupon redeemable for a gift only when brought to the booth. It worked. Again.
